Ryan Stracke, a senior at Pacific Lutheran in Washington, took third in the men's 8-kilometer race in 24:41.2 at the NCAA Division 3 West Regional at the Riverside Cross Country Course in Riverside, Calif. Stracke, who finished 18th at last year's West Regional, advanced to compete Nov. 18 at the NCAA Division 3 Championships in Dickinson, Pa.
